“It was a very pleasant experience and Federica was extremely kind and helpful. The only negatives -- which I knew when I rented -- are the lack of internet and a dishwasher. I believe Federica is planning to add internet in the future.

The apartment was nice and in a hard-to-find area of Ostia (vs. Rome) although it is only a 40 minute train ride to central Rome. The bedrooms were nicely sized with easy accommodation for 5; the washing machine was easy to use and worked well. The kitchen was nicely furnished. The complex the apartment was located in was safe and well-secured.

For her part, Federica was always quick in responding to any questions. Overall a very nice experience.”

"Excellent place to stay!! We really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful apartment, great value. clean, nicely decorated. spacious, close walking distance to the beach, restaurants, super markets, bus stop and other attractions, very safe neighborhood, a good base to explore other parts of Rome. The owners Giovanni and Federica were just incredible! We are planning to come back next year and experience once again Italian hospitality."

"The apartment contained everything necessary for a low key holiday and we enjoyed our week. The owners made sure we understood everything operational at the get-in and everything was clean. The only things that weren't as expected were the hot water not working in one bathroom and the DVD player didn't work. The area is not Mayfair but the flat is opposite an excellent bakery and there is a new marina area to the north where there are some great restaurants and ice cream places. Travel to the centre of Rome is pretty straightforward, even on a Sunday."

"A very nice and very clean apartment. It is perfect for up to 6 persons. The sleeping accommodation is very good. The kitchen is clean and very well equipped. To Train Station it's only 15 minutes walking and from there there are only 30 minutes to Piramide station (Rome city centre - Porta Portese). The owners, Giovanni and Federica, are perfect hosts. They are very friendly and explain everything you need to know about the apartment or the surroundings. You feel right at home from the beginning."
